How Much Does It Cost to Rent Venue on Lake Lily?

At Venue on Lake Lily, we’re proud to offer clear pricing, exceptional service, and a setting unlike any other in Central Florida. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, memorial, fundraiser, birthday party, or corporate event, our lakeside venue offers options for gatherings large and small—with transparent costs and real value.

Choose the Space That Fits Your Event

Our facility includes three distinct rental spaces:

  • East Wing (EW): Our largest indoor space, ideal for weddings, galas, banquets, and large celebrations. Seats up to 175 guests and includes access to the lakeside patio.
  • West Wing (WW): Perfect for medium-sized events, receptions, and meetings. Comfortably holds up to 400 guests and includes direct access to our catering kitchen.
  • Rotary Club Room: A more intimate setting for groups of 32 or fewer. Can accommodate groups up to 50 in a theatre style. Often used for small ceremonies, showers, workshops, and memorials. Includes patio access and beautiful lake views.

Hourly Rental Rates

All rooms require a 3-hour minimum rental. Rates vary based on the day of the week:

  • Friday: $350 per hour
  • Saturday: $450 per hour
  • Sunday: $350 per hour
  • Monday–Thursday: $250 per hour (9AM–5PM), $350 per hour (after 5PM)

Our 8-hour packages offer a great value for full-day events:

  • Saturday (8 hours): $3,150
  • Friday or Sunday (8 hours): $2,450

The Rotary Club Room is available for smaller events only (32 guests or fewer), and its rental rate is lower. For example, a 3-hour Saturday rental would typically be $600.

Packages for Popular Event Types

  • Lakeside Ceremony Package – $1,000: Includes a 2-hour rental of the Rotary Club Room and Lakeside Patio, white aisle runner, ceremony arch, patio market lights, and decorative lanterns. Seats up to 150. Extra hours available for $200/hour.
  • Memorial Package – $850: Includes a 3-hour rental of the Rotary Club Room or Lakeside Patio for up to 50 guests, with tables and chairs, soft lighting, and peaceful lakefront surroundings. AV setup is optional.

Included with Every Rental

Every event comes with the essentials: tables and chairs setup by our staff according to an agreed upon floorplan, access to the caterer’s kitchen, and a clean, unlocked venue ready for your arrival. Linens are available for rent, and you’re welcome to bring in your own décor. Please note: your total rental time must include setup, decorating, event time, and cleanup.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Bar Service: Beer and wine packages available in-house. Outside bartenders must be licensed and insured. Self-serve alcohol is not permitted.
  • Trash Removal: Available for $150, or you may bag and remove all trash to our dumpster post-event.
