Guests coming from Winter Park will find us just minutes away — close enough for convenience, far enough to offer a peaceful lakeside setting for your gathering.

Our venue features a variety of event spaces designed to adapt to different scales and styles of events. We host events from 5 people to 500. From cozy rooms for intimate celebrations to larger wings for receptions and company gatherings, we have options that help you create the exact atmosphere you envision. If you prefer an outdoor moment, our lakeside patio provides a scenic backdrop for ceremonies and small receptions.
Important capacity note: The Rotary Club Room is perfect for intimate groups and small gatherings; please note that events over 32 guests cannot be hosted in the Rotary Club Room. For larger guest lists, our East Wing and other spaces offer more room while retaining charm and flexibility.

What’s included — straightforward value
We aim to make planning simple and transparent. Included with your rental:
- Tables and chairs. Tables and chairs setup by our staff, according to agreed upon floorplan.
- Use of venue spaces and access per your rental window (setup/decor/cleanup time must be included in your total rental time).
- Access to our on-site caterer’s kitchen for approved caterers and in-house services.
Policies & service notes
To ensure a safe, well-run event we ask guests to note the following:
- All rental time must include setup, decorating, the event itself, and cleanup. Please plan accordingly.
- All rentals have a 3-hour minimum, for the East and West wings. A 2-hour minimum for the rotary room.
- Outside alcohol is not allowed. We’re happy to provide in-house bar service with beer and wine options; if you prefer to bring an outside bartender, they must be licensed and insured. Self-serve alcohol is not permitted. (Bar service is mentioned here without pricing; please contact us for package details.)
- A one-time $200 fee applies if using an outside caterer or self-catering.
- All rental spaces must be cleared and off property by midnight, including cleanup.
- All trash must be bagged and removed from the building at the end of your rental and placed in the dumpster; we can provide garbage removal service for an additional fee if preferred.
Typical 8-hour pricing
Below are our standard 8-hour pricing tiers to give you an idea of value. These are typical examples for our large wings— actual pricing for your date will be confirmed at inquiry.
Saturday — Eight Hours: $3,150
Friday & Sunday — Eight Hours: $2,450
Monday – Thursday: 9AM to 5PM: $250 per hour; After 5PM: $350 per hour.
For shorter events, remember that there is a 3-hour minimum and that all rental time must include setup and cleanup. Special event add-ons, seasonal rates, and package options (including memorial packages) may apply; please inquire for a fully itemized quote.

Many clients worry they won’t receive support during the planning process — that’s a common misconception. At Venue on Lake Lily you’ll have a dedicated point of contact who will walk you through policies, vendor coordination, and timelines so your day runs smoothly. If you need recommendations, we maintain a curated list of preferred caterers, DJs, photographers, and rentals who know our property and policies well.
We can also advise on logistics for Winter Park-based guests, such as local parking options, nearby hotels, and nearby transportation to make your event convenient for out-of-town visitors.
